There are three objectives for the work of "Mang'ula Sustainable Development Society"
1.) Children Education
Children education for everyone - for orphaned ones, for disadvantaged and disabled children and for other local children in Mang'ula.
The aims are

to improve the general health of local children

to improve widows well-being, thereby giving them life skills trainings, enabling them to pay for their children's education

to take care of the orphaned children by giving them support in education
-
to design a way, in which village moms would be left free for farm works or when fetching firewood (in effect they will be able to support their families) - while maintaining proper childcare
2.) Community Development projects and Environment issues
MASUDE Society wants to adress the issue
on environment (like in planting trees nursery für preserving the
nature) and to establish different development projects for the
sustainable growth of Mang'ula in general, as it is the only registered
organisation at Mang'ula / Kilombero.
3.) Adult Education Program
Adult education like in computer studies and adult english courses as well as private lessons for pupils to guide them acquiring knowledge, skill and attitude in the different subjects, as there are English language, Science, Arithmetik, Sports and Drawings.
